Booking and communication

Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We follow up to confirm time, location, and service. By sending a request you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your booking.

We do not take a deposit to hold a request.

Medical eligibility and consent

All treatments are provided by licensed clinicians after a short screening. We may decline or stop a treatment when it is not appropriate for your health and safety. You will review and sign a consent form before any treatment.

Not emergency care

Our service is for wellness and hydration support. It is not emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

Cancellations

Plans change. Let us know as early as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment so we can free the slot for someone else. Specific cancellation windows, if any, will be shared when we confirm your visit.

Pricing

Prices are shared during booking and may change over time. The price we confirm for your appointment is the price that applies to that visit.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate health information, provide safe access to the visit location, and have an adult present if a treatment could affect your ability to care for yourself afterward.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
