When you submit a booking request we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, optional email, the service you are interested in, your preferred time, the address where you want us to come, and any notes you add.
If you message us on Instagram or TikTok, we receive whatever your message and profile share with us. When analytics is enabled, we also collect basic, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and the device type.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and provide your appointment, keep a record of your request, and improve the service. A licensed clinician reviews medical details only to deliver care safely.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we share it
We share information only with the people and tools needed to run the service: the clinician assigned to your visit, our hosting and messaging providers, and analytics if you have accepted cookies. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it
We keep booking and client records for as long as needed to provide care, meet medical record keeping rules, and handle any follow up. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
